October 22nd to October 28th

What a fun week! There were some lovely evenings that offered up brief windows of lovely light after drab grey mornings. I tried to get to a few different locations this week as well to expand my horizons a little.

I constantly argue with myself about the merits of finding different things to photograph, or go back to familiar territory at different times of the day and cycles of the seasons to see things in different light.

Both are meritorious and I struggle to choose either.

May as well do both!

Enjoy

Cheers

Ken

October 22nd:

I had a window of 10 mins of sun today and I went a little crazy

October 23rd:

Another small window of sun this afternoon, tried to find a different view.

October 24th:

Late finish tonight but there is always something happening

October 25th:

Day off today for my anniversary, so a day in town. Saw this gentlemen about to board the Orient Express.

October 26th:

A friend invited me to a Jewish Kiddush for his new born daughter, very interesting morning. Waiting for the train I spotted the reason its called “The Tube” …………..

October 27th:

I went over to Hammersmith to see some friends and work on another photography project. I liked this anchor for no reason at all.

October 28th:

Well there was the 300 year storm last night and this was my view of it all this morning

Neatest most correct entry:

The seldom seen Archer, I bet nobody knows where he lives.
Big Ben, again, love it …………..
The big wheel in different light
You walk a round a corner and suddenly…………….
This pedestrian tunnel is graffiti extreme
 Hanging out
 The “Gate” cinema, very cute
A different view of Tower bridge and Local government central building
Most woman prefer to expose one breast when lifting a flower ledge at the local pub
Rainy window shot? This was 20 mins later! Hell London stop messing with me.
Everybody loves the Saxman
Met a girl on sunday with the reddest shoes! Her name is Ashley!

After the big storm last night I think all the leaves are down, so this will be the last of the colour for this year:

This is my arty attempt at expressing the end of Autumn leaves

Post modern:

This is St. Thomas’s Hospital, straight across the river from Parliament house and Big Ben, a stones throw done the river from the big Ferris wheel.

From the top floor you can see all up and down the river, many of the sights are million dollar views.

The top floor corner nearest the Westminster bridge has the day care part of the Eye department.

Patients can’t see the view as they have their eyes covered post surgery.

C’est la vie.
